guys if this follows one of the halo books (ghost of onyx) then this planet contains a couple spartan threes, dr. halsey, the spartan trainer (forgot name), and a spartan two by the name of kelly trapped within the planet. I'm actually really hoping 343i decides to overhaul the entire thing when it comes to the Reclaimer Trilogy. With the release of Reach and Anniversary, the Halo series really started to show its age, and "going back to the roots of Combat Evolved" will NOT help. There's appealing to long-term fans, and then there's just refusing to move forward.

im not sure if this will be fact but im pretty sure there was a three-round burst rifle in halo 3.If there was maybe that was on the ship and when the frigate got ripped in half or whatever some of the three round burst rifle and the ammo for it was on the side of the ship the chief is on. halo 4 needs to be more like halo 3 than reach, so much more better times and memories in halo 3, plus so much more people played it then than reach, reach has 30,000 to 70,000 a day while halo 3 had like 1 - 3 million a day.

i like seeing the new HUD. every halo game i love seeing the new HUD for the first time. but, when he said that you get most of your weapons and ammo from the frigate, this implies that it will be a freeroaming campaign, like gta. i dont want that. that would ruin the game. keep the old halo style.
@sprucemoose18 Halo Ce did have an excellent storyline, but most people like reach just because its the newest, BUT, halo reach had an ending and a story that seemed like it was rushed through, and you didnt learn about the enviroment and the characters you are seeing.

If they change the HUD it wont make sence, Bungie already did that stuff up but im glad they did. Halo 2 the health was at bottom left hand corner and u can hold 4 grenades and u had to change the grenade for the type of grenade to show. In Halo 3 the health was at the top and the grenades were all spread out being able to see all ur grenades at once even if u dont have that type in ur infantry. Now they are going to mess with the Hud again. OMG it is now confusing
you should have asked "if you look down, will you see your feet". thats like one of the most important features of halo! looking down and seeing your own feet!

@spideykoonrulz Well you can't change it back to the original controls, unless you wanna play nomad style or whatever, but I think they should have it straight all RB or all B, fortunately you can switch between original and Halo 3 style in Anniversary.

@WannabeWeegee they actually made it more competitive by putting as a bumper, so you dont have to take ur finger off the stick to melee, but ofcourse, me being used to it, keeps pressing B, only to get owned.

@WannabeWeegee IKR!!!! I was used to pressing the (B) button for melee from Halo Ce to Halo 3, but then in reach they fucked it up and changed it to (RB). Same goes for the action button: From (X) to (RB) to (X) again! ._.

The suit also contains an electromagnetic system on the boots of the MJOLNIR suit that allow its wearer to stay attached to a metal surface in Zero G environments and can be toggled on or off by the wearer.

my theroy is that his shipped crashes onto this world thus destroying it, the destruction breaks the ship into parts and scatering over his area. this could also have a point of intrest, say that one part of the ship he must get to so that he can radio in his location. or that there is a longsword that survived like halo ce. just some of my ideas

we've gone through 5 different huds, i think they should let you customise you hud to halo 1, 2, 3, odst, reach etc. or for multiplayer at least.

The so called jetpack that people think are gonna be in Halo 4 is a Thruster Pack. A Thruster Pack helps people move around in Zero Gravity.
