This happened to me when I worked at jcpenny. There was this man with his wife that came in. The man's wife asked me "I know you guys have a big and tall section, but do you have a bigger and taller section". Immediently I thought "no, we have towels though". This one time at JC Pennys around Christmas time I walked into a fitting room and found a pile of poo with a opened bag of socks with a sock on top of the feces that was used to wipe themselves.
