This argument is ridiculous because even if there was a so called tax cut for middle class americans, they did not see it because their expenses of medical care, groceries, property taxes etc increased at the same time. You can not compare tax cuts for the wealthy to tax cuts for the middle class. Well, sorry but community service requirements in schools are not new. This has been happening in my county for years and it started in 1995 the year after I graduated from high school. Students are now required to do hours of community service before they graduate. Nothing new here.
