Ummm...why wasn't he taking Crohn's medication?? I mean, I know medical pot can really help crohn's patients. I would know, I have Crohn's Disease. But, if you're being treated, and the treatment really works, you shouldn't have to rely on pot. At least for 30 days! Obviously he wasn't on a consistent, steady treatment. He could have gotten on a 30 day supply of prednisone at the very least. It would have helped!
@katiekins77 I'm not being treated for my IBS as the canada healthcare is a complete joke, so I have no choice but to rely on pot for taking away my symptoms and pain. I've had IBS (a bit similar to chrons but different) for the past 5 months which makes me in pain everyday, all day. I throw up every day, there is not a day where I don't. I've lost 30 pounds in the past couple months because of this, I have to rely on pot as I am not being treated.
@katiekins77 it really is pathetic, I'm a "criminal" because I can't get my medicine legally. they wont give me medical marijuana because they believe it wont help, but it does, it takes away my nausea and actually allows me to eat without puking my guts out. I've been smoking pot for months to bare with this. I've stressed to my doctor so many times that the IBS medications he gives me DO NOT help, and marijuana is one of the only things that helps me, but he still doesn't take me serious.
@katiekins77 I've told him that I don't like buying my medicine illegaly and marijuana is one of the few medicines that actually helps me, means fuck all to him though.
@katiekins77 i have crohns and all those pharmaceuticals the side effects are worse then my original disease and imagine the horrible food bologna sandwich every day?
