Terrific video, S, and you guys (and gals) are so good natured- it is a pleasure to watch. I sent this to my mom, my best friend, and more. We use celery root or parsnips to make a transitional raw rice dish with broccoli for those just starting raw.. In any case what a great and truly funny original video!
I watched one of David Wolfe's videos recently where he was talking about some kind of root vegetable that looks like the human figure. I can't for the life of me remember what it was called, but either way, that is an odd looking parsnip.
