Calling something a "semantic difference" or the "santa claus factor" makes no difference to the fact that his theory of ("legal") rights leads to the same horrendous consequences I presented. I also do not view rights as preferences, but, as many times stated, natural non aggressive abilities. It's a matter of preference that other people do not violate what I perceive as rights as a matter of fact.
I know you probably don't agree with this and it's fine. I got your point, and respect your right to have your own theory of rights. Just don't rephrase mine or reduce it to a semantic difference when my differences in regards Sean Hannity (in rights theory and so many other areas) are so much, fundamental differences.
Hannity seems to be referring to a legal "right" which can be granted or revoked by those in power, whereas you seem to be referring to an opinion about (or preference regarding) how you/one should be treated (which can not be granted or revoked).
Obviously, an opinion can't be revoked. However, one can certainly be restricted by an outside force.
There's really no problem with his position considering how he's defining "right".
This is devastating.
Glennn Beckkk is still worse, though.
I also hate Bill O'Liely.

This sounds like simple semantic difference:
Hannity seems to be referring to a legal "right" which can be granted or revoked by those in power, whereas you seem to be referring to an opinion about (or preference regarding) how you/one should be treated (which can not be granted or revoked).
Obviously, an opinion can't be revoked. However, one can certainly be restricted by an outside force.
