I have lived in China for many years. And no, I haven't been to Tibet, but I also wasn't in Nazi Germany or Poland during the holocaust.... does that mean it never happened? And as for this Dala Lama cult, that killed "numerous Chinese farmers and peasants in the 1960s".... you can't really compare that to the genocide committed by Mao Zedong of his own people - estimated at about 50 million.
God makes himself known? In the great nation that China is today?? How about the systematic rape and pillaging of Tibetans?.. not to mention other minorities in China. He did this as part of the CIA Operation ST Circus. You should take a college level course in Chinese history before making false uneducated "knee-jerk" comments.
We are glad for the Work of God that is being done in China through the ministry of Pastor Dennis. That is why we at Abundant Life Crusades are supporting the work. It has been a joy the few time we have been with them in Hong Kong in the past for ministry.

Good question - as we know, God does in fact make himself known, we just have to receive it, asking Him for the facts and interacting with him. But I like the gist of your question, perhaps not so much why, but more how! Cool.
Why didn't god make himself known in China thousands of years ago just like he did in the Middle East. Or why not Sub Sahara Africa for that matter, or North and South America, or Australia, or Japan, or the Pacific Islands, or Europe, or Russia, or India, or every other place on Earth?
He has his purpose. As we know He started from Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the earth (Acts 1). Why Jerusalem? Only God know. But as an Asian, if the Good News come to Asia (or Asian) first, maybe it will not reach the west, "end of the earth." :)
