I notices all the women had on dresses and hats, and the pastor preached about the red lips, haha. What the world have come to today, they feel ashame to give God all the praise,and it just made me so happy to see someone believe the way I believe.This man made me want to jump out of my chair and cry, that's how happy I was.

Hebrews 10:10-12, 14 says,

Its different than what most of us have been told. But this is what Gods Word declares. God is not imputing, or laying to our account, our sin.

Second Corinthians 5:19 says,

Hi I'm sitting here with my son watching, It is a joy looking back on old times, tears run as I watch. In any ministry there is positive and negatives nevertheless TAB gave us a solid foundation!. I was the youngest person on the choir when I joined @13, I'm now in my fourties and still with the lord. Pastor Washington was anointed I miss him!. It's nice to see old friends and sad to see many that have past. Anyone know justlikefire1?

I grew up in TAB & lead songs in the choir. Pastor was anointed I miss him! It's nice to see old freinds and sad to see many that have past. I was raised under this awesome ministry. Apostle Washington was an anointed and powerful man of God.I was about 2 or 3 when my mother started attending Tabernacle of Prayer. I thank God for this ministry and Apostle Washington. I believe partly that I am where I am today because of this ministry.

Also turkstiles below I remember you playing to the drums when I was little.

I remember playing the drums (the only female drummer at the time). Elder Leon Bonner played the organ under the anointing of the holyghost and Apostle Washington preached like there was no tomorrow, everytime he preached. I miss him, but will see him again.

Thanks so much for putting this up here. I was raised on this type of holiness, and my father pastors a holiness church in Buford, GA. My parent's have been collecting AJW tapes since the early '80s. One question: Would you please add AJW's name to the title for easier searching? Also, you could tag Rev. Herman Murray b/c Lobias Murray came from under AJW's ministry. Just a few questions to help searching easier. God bless for posting this.

Apostle Ira Davison used to be apart of this church.  If I'm not mistaken he pastored it for a time after Apostle Washington died.

Hearing this makes me want to cry knowing what we r supposed to be preaching, turning the ppls hearts from God unto money we were not redemed by such things so why do we preach on how to get them tell me how to get closer to God not mammon! This is Apostle Johnnie Washington founder of Tabernacle of Prayer for all people. After he passed away Pastor Ira davison took over the ministry. And yes they do sound alike. Jamaica Newyork

yes davidson took over the ministry after apostle washington passed....it would never be like it was....i was one of the highest soprano in the crusade choir back then...i've never seen anything like that kinda ministry in my life!! i was 16 yrs old when i got there....now i'm 50!! from min. jewel taylor
