there are no signs of drone on the highway. it's quiet at idle, but under hard acceleration its noticeable. we are getting 17-18 mpg mixed driving. i don't remember the part number, but i can find out.

You need to do a 0-60 video or something...I am planning on getting a 5.0L F-150 myself this summer and I would like to hear how it sounds accelrating.
i had the exhaust shop run a 3 in pipe from the flange where the y pipe bolts to the cat back, that way i could still drop the y pipe if needed. Then from the muffler I had the exhaust shop bend up 2 1/2 in tail pipes 90ed behind the rear tires.
did you have your shop custom bend the pipes to come out behind the tires like that? The only kit I saw put them straight out the back. Sounds great!!
Sounds sick as hell! I can't wait to get my 5.0 F-150 and put an exhaust system like yours on it!!!

Can you take a picture of the underneath where the pipes are? I would like to see how they bent the pipes. You can post her or on f150online Thanks!
