Good tutorial, but for specific situations people should contact Skype directly. I might add, from my experiance, Skype has very good support.
I might also add that when I installed Skype, I had to log on to my administration (Windows XP) settings in order to install. That of course is a different question, as Microsoft makes everything as difficulty to do as they possibly can, I'm sure.
