My mom would bust out the gloves periodically and "drain" them. They're not at all like an abcess. There's usually no bleed unless it's been cut into. If properly lanced it is merely a benign pocket of fat cells common in older people sometimes developing in the young.
I would imagine that if all the bits were put together Cyril would have been about 12/13cms long. Cyril is no longer but i still have a deep scab that doesn't want to go away! Maybe making babies indeed! Raised in Ireland, Belgium and the UK

Nah mate no smell at all really - i actually think it was a "Lipoma cyst", basically a fatty deposit under the skin.
