  • Thank you for a great video! Gonna try this soon!!

  • Could u do a vid on how to put the paper beads on?

  • @ShoelaceGirl2012 I have a link to a similar tutorial in the description. It's the same as my soda tab dangle earrings just you don't make the top hole to hang it from an earring hook.

  • Well I got it, and that says alot, usually I'm all thumbs! lol Thanx for the tutorial.

  • Was Like holy fuck! Damn

  • When she flipped it I

  • POP TAB ARMOR!

  • really amazing,

    great job :)))

  • Hello, I love your video, and I think it is absolutely amazing! Can I use this for my website if I give you credit for it?

  • @MrEdWaRdHYdE1 Sure, thank you for asking. Credit is always much appreciated. =3

Do you mind sending a link to my inbox/email for your page? I'd like to look around if that's okay. (My gmail is the same as my username here.)

  • just an idea since the colored ones r so rare, u should use regular ones for the inside :) Great vid!

  • @awesomenessiskey101 Yeah, I've done that before. It does help save them and still gives the pop of color- and thank you!

  • Amazing video! I am making my friend and i matching bracelets! This really helped!

  • Love it! I thought it was really easy to understand :)

  • Great tutorial! My daughter is getting ready to make this, but can you tell me which Stretch Magic cording we should use? 1mm or .5mm? Thanks!

  • @luvmyjjj This isn't stretch magic. This was "Flex Rex" lanyard. You can find it by the plastic lanyard spools in most craft stores. It's just a flexible (rubbery) version of the standard plastic keychain lanyards.

  • what is that string

  • @TheSilva194 Supplies and instructions for my tutorials are always written in the video description.

  • @BeyondBracelets thanks

  • The link doesn't work. Could you put the actual URL in the description? Thanks! :)

  • @Kiwidiot The url is in the description already.

  • This is the best video i've ever "accidentally" clicked on before. Never seen your channel, videos, crafty handwork. I'm freakin' IN LOVE with the channel, videos &YOU! Dude, you are freakin phenomenal!! I clicked on the video expecting it to be the most complicated thing in the universe, i was clearly wrong because this was SOFREAKINEASY! <3 :D i can't even thank you enough * 3 * seriously, you just blew my mind! I can't even explain. I'M PROUD OF YOU c:

  • @cozmicnerd Aw, I missed this comment before when I was checking... I'm glad I caught it! Thanks so much. I had a bad day (tiny violin sort) and seeing this cheered me up some. I love getting messaged by new people/potential followers.

Also... thanks for the feedback- It's good to know that the videos aren't making anyone's head explode.

  • Cool like I said I love your work! Keep up the good work:)

  • Beyond bracelets, I love every thing you make!!!!! I made 2 of the soda tab bracelets and I love them! I just used boom doggle for the string and it worked really good!!!!!!!!!! I just have one more question how do you come up with this stuff?! They are amazing:)

  • @verabradly1562 I just piece together bits and pieces of what I learn and/or see and try to make something cute out of it all.

  • After watching your video I made one of these for my 8 yr old grand-daughter (and btw it was perfectly easy to understand including ending it) anyhow...it was WILDLY popular and now every girl she knows wants either a pop-tab bracelet like hers or a grandma who can make one! LOL! Just wanted to say thanks, you have inspired me more than once.

  • @LynneHa103 Aw, that's awesome. I'm glad you found it so easy!

I have another one she may like as well. It consists of that clear rexlace (boondoggle, lanyard, etc.) and some ingenious method of making it appear to have gradient colors around the band and how to make it into a bracelet. I perfected the method tonight so keep an eye on my uploads- it should be up some time this week. (If not tomorrow because I am super excited about how good it came out and can hardly wait... lol!)

  • Seriously BEST tutorial I have seen for this bracelet, awsome job dude !

  • How did u get two different color strings? How many tabs equal one bracket?

  • @sarahrocks991 The two colors would be two strings instead of folding the one to start. You can knot two different ones together and treat them as one. The tabs and lengths they make are in the video description.

  • I have always wanted to make these! How did u get the colored tabs?

  • @sarahrocks991 I got them from energy drinks and some rare sodas prior to them switching to silver tabs.

  • this is such a good tutorial!!!!!!!!

  • How do you do the double color

  • @orencia1 Use two separate strings. You can tie or glue them together to start it if you have trouble.

  • can we use lanyard string ?

  • @nomidavaa123 I suppose it would work but it won't be as stretchy and could break more easily.

  • Thank you for your reply. I actually did find the answer out a little later on. I'm glad for your partner status but it is frustrating not to have that feature available anymore for the rest of us. Guess I have to do better videos and hope to grow my subscribers. Thanks again and Love the bracelet!!!

  • how did you get the picture of the bracelet to appear at the beginning of the video?

  • @delorich181 It's a partner perk. I get to upload a thumbnail.

  • Can you use craft lace on it, even though it won't stretch, just make it bigger to where it'll just slide on?

  • @88CountryGirl88 I guess you could try. I think the stretch really helps but maybe it would be possible to make it a little bigger and then wear it like a bangle.

  • @BeyondBracelets that would be awesome and by the way i am 11 and i started making the bracelets last year.... i knew nothing about bracelets and i found your videos and advanced bracelets are easy to me!!! thank you sooooo much!!

  • ... instead of doing all that box thingy majigy, im gonna tie a triple knot! OH YA BABY!! I LIKE TO GO THROUGH THE EASY WAY!

  • @cutiestrawberries That's fine, it just won't be as flat and you might feel it on your wrist.

  • This bracelet is totally awesome!!! You can also get the colored tabs from the rockstar energy drink, i dont even drink them and i know that!!! Thank you for uploading your awesome tutorials for others to see! theyre very helpful.

  • @sissykeyhole The Rockstar tabs only have one hole (the bottom one) since the top hole is replaced by their logo... with only one hole they can't be used for this.

I've never seen a Rockstar one without the top portion as a logo... Monster also does it I believe which is a shame. They make cute earrings/necklaces but as far as this sort of woven-tab bracelet goes the one hole renders them pretty useless. =/.

  • How many tabs did you use in the one bracelet?

  • @ALoveslots Description had estimates for tabs according to size required.

  • Just think. If you were born with a third arm just how many bracelets you would be making. Your already a bracelet making machine! :)

  • @rachel7gates Haha, yeah. I'm sure it would be pretty useful. =3

  • @BeyonBraclets but can you tell me detailed names of them

  • I don't know, my boyfriend drank them. I know monster but the tabs are weird.

  • from what drinks do you get those colored ones?

  • @FallenAngelKaren I said in the video... energy drinks.

  • Can you do this with 2 colors? If so can you please tell me how if you can! Thanks!

  • @braceletqueen127 You'd have to (instead of starting it with the loop) just start weaving with two loose strands. The method will be the same you just won't have the loop to help you start it. I guess clipping it together could with a strong alligator/office clip could work.

  • @beyondbracelets ok thanks ill do that

  • Omg i love making these but the x's are never very tight can u help????

  • @The101Bracelets Pull the strings this way > and pull the tabs < that way while you make it. You will need to manually tighten it by pushing them down the string as you work along.

  • THat annotation made ALL the difference in the world!! I finally get how to do it! lol

  • @Jordanfacekilluh Yeah... sorry about that. =x

  • @BeyondBracelets No need to apologize!! I'm grateful that you even made this video!! I've already made 2!! :)

  • @Jordanfacekilluh Aw. I'm glad you're having fun with it. =3

  • Could you use hemp for this??

  • @Cassdiva1998 It needs to be able to stretch. You'd have to make a clasp if you were to use solid string.

  • @BeyondBracelets ok thanks!! :)

  • You remind me soo much of my best friend :-)

  • @Pezzamus Well, they must be pretty awesome then. =P

  • I missed you so much! Glad ur slowly getting more videos up!

  • @allthingsgirly123 Aw, haha. Yeah. I'm feeling a little better... not much... but a little. The sleep machine is starting to work I think.

Lately I've been trying to do some stuff that I've been meaning to do for quite a while... now that I'm sleeping a bit better than I have in years (though I've not made up all the sleep and still have quite a way to go before I fully feel the effects of sleep rejuvenating me) I am already starting to have enough energy to work on some long overdo projects.

  • I was just wondering, Do you knit or crochet? Because that would be cool if you could. And if you can make tutorials!!! Thanks

  • @berrysprinkle I'll be honest... I can't knit/crochet very well at all. I've only picked up needles about 3 times in my life so I haven't had much practice.

I will say if you are interested in crochet and stuff check out tjw1963 for her tutorials... I think she's a very good teacher and has very clear videos... She even does "RIGHT" and "LEFT" handed tutorials so you can learn regardless of your dominant hand... definitely give her a sub!

  • can you make a video on names? i want to know how to do my name stephanie

  • I love thoses braclets i can neva figure out how 2 make them but my friend knows how

  • if the back still rubs i put duct tape( in cool colors) it helps plus it looks AWESOME

  • were can i get the soda tabs do i just hav to drink soda or can i go out and buy them

  • @peacelovedance001 They sell soda tabs on Ebay. I'm thinking of getting a few from there soon... because I've been saving soda tabs for about two years now and I only have enough for about 20 bracelets. lol. If I'm to sell them I think I need a bit of help... especially since I don't drink soda. My boyfriend and mother have been saving them for me... so yeah. You can ask your friends to help you save them or, like I said, check out ebay.

  • this is great! I needed to get my friend something for christmas and she has a huge collection of monster-poptabs. :D youve given me a great idea! <3

  • cool

  • they make cute flowers for something like a hair clip or an accesory :D

  • YA THT WOULD BE AWESOME

  • IT WOULD BE COOL IF U DID STRAIGHT X STRAIGHT X...

  • @meganmacmcmott Yeah, it would be neat to mix them together... maybe add some beads. =D

  • so awesome! is there one for sale on your store?

  • @ShoelaceGirl2012 I was actually working on making some to post. I should have them up either tonight or tomorrow.

  • nice thank you.

  • Can you do necklaces like that also?

  • @AnnaSwiftpaw You could but I think it would be better to make a clasp for it to become a necklace.

I don't know if it would stretch over someones head... and if it did I don't think stretching metal tabs over your face would feel too nice... especially if you had a rough metal edge.

  • @BeyondBracelets @AnnaSwiftpaw also.... it would get caught in your hair OUCH!

  • Hey gurl good tut give yourself more credit it was totally understandable if someone cant understand it they should probably not attempt it lol

  • @lashyon Aw, thanks Lash. I wasn't sure about it but I guess I did okay. Now I just need to find a hole puncher tool for those soda tabs... I want to make more dangle ones but punching with a thumbtack is a pain.... but you know that. We had this convo before. lollol.

I think I found something that will work on Amazon... I might be ordering it soon. It punches really tiny holes so I think it just might work for the tabs. They're called Metal Hole Punch Pliers or something. I hope they work. =x

  • Brilliant bracelet idea! :)

  • Could you show us how to make a duck tape wallet with and ID Slot?

  • @cheeseybaby01 I've actually never done duck tape stuff. o.0

I can try to learn and then teach but I'm not sure how successful I'd be in it.

  • you're back! yay(:

I made a belt like this

  • that was a really good tutorial :)

just wanted to clarify, flexrex is a type/brand of lanyard?

  • @peggs321 It's like stretchy lanyard, but it's the same type of thing. ?You can use lanyard but it won't be stretchy (:

  • Woooooooooooooooooooooo you're back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i am so happy that you did this tutorial!! thanks so much!! I LOVE YOU!!!! xx

  • im glad to see ur back :) i hope u feel better..

  • Great Video!

  • It helps to make sure you wash the pops tabs first they do get lil sticky

  • @Toria2186 I always wash my tabs... I figured that would be common sense. Haha.

  • @BeyondBracelets i figured you would, not to offend anyone but some people dont have common sense,

  • Great to see you back with more tutorials! Hope you're all better now!

  • Omg its good to see that ur back, hope u feel better! :D and thanks for this tut, I have so much soda tabs but I didn't know have to make a bracelet out of them and other ruts weren't that good, so thx!! :]

  • Glad you feel well to make videos again. Missed you

  • Nice!

  • @TwistzBandz Thanks! =D

  • this is a-maz-ing!!!! love it. youtube needs a "love" button cause i more than "like" this!!!

  • Yay! I'm so happy your back!

  • I have just posted a facebook status telling all of my friends and family to save ALL of their tabs they get so I can make these as Christmas presents for people!

  • with the size of the tutorial one u made it looks like a flower when its flat and not shaped like a bracelet :P... good job :D

  • @hellsangelxo I'm pretty sure they all can flatten... I just played with it and liked it flat so I store them like that now. I think the flexrex helps them stay flatter (since the rubbery/elasticy threads are flat) but I may be wrong.

I've never seen other people flatten them out but I have to say that It's pretty cool they do that and then spring back to life so easily... the ability to turn them into little metal pancakes makes it really easy to ship them! Haha. =3

  • How many tabs did you use?

  • @dianaisdoin Derp, I didn't add that info to the description. I'll fix that now. I ended up making this and then going into a sleep coma... haha. Hang on.

  • @BeyondBracelets Thanks :-) I can't wait to do this :O

  • Awesome! can't wait to try this. :)
