Why do u think the extra oxygen help. The HHO should have enough oxygen to burn all your hydrogen back to water. It makes a lot of sense if you ionize (with HGG) the HHO or more correctly the oxygen coming out of your hho cell, and not oxygen from AIR.
@rwg42985 hey Russ I been notice people talking about usen argon gas. If u are able to separate and have just have hydrogen check into tri mix welding shield gas. It can comes in various mixes. Mixes of argon nitrogen helium. Also there are mixes that are design to burn hotter when used ill try to find a proper mix for u if interested
Those mufflers (copper filter, quenching things) are used a lot in high pressure air systems. They keep the 200/300 psi from being dangerous to human contact when there's valve relay in open state that vents from the system. Air rams, actuators, ect...
Russ, I think the thing your holding in the end of this video is a bronze defuser used in oil heating systems... I'd like to make a suggestion, for the tip your using at the flame front, you'd probally be better off using either the smallest mig welding tip you can find or a fuel jet from a carb off an engine, this will make the flame longer and you might be able to see any differences in burn rate easyer
For testing burn rate, you need a way to compare the flame speed.Just doing pops in a jar is far from qualatative.Try setting up a burn tube with a length of tubing, for calculation sake a 1meter length would be good. Then you can slow down the video and count how many frames it took to burn down the tube, knowing the frame rate of your camera, should be able to calculate reliable numbers
@m3sca1 Yes, you are correct. This is something I've been wanting to do for a while. Create a tube and a combustion chamber and actually measure the amount of force. Also a tube that I can burn the stuff in would be great. But the stuff will burn so fast I would need a high-speed camera to accurately measure it... :)~Russ
@rwg42985 i agree that it burns fast but at 30 frames a second and slowed down by say 4 times there is plenty of room for numbers even without a high speed cam
@m3sca1 I can do 60 FPS with 1080P... So I should be able so see it. But right now, even at 60fps I can only get one frame in and the flash back went down a 20 foot tube... All in one frame??? You seen that allready? ~Russ
@rwg42985 hey Russ u gota question what about cooling the gas down with dry ice. If im correct a gas that's colder can be compressed higher. It be interesting to find out how ionized hho dose when chilled
try build tube/pipe cannon make light bullet and fill just hho gas and after added ionized oxigen, for make test how much is stronger improved mixture
Russ that was one of the reasons I worked up the gas splitter cell(GSC ™), The design allows the tester to be able to work with the two gases in a controlled manner at what ever ratio is needed.
Give her a go....I saw an improvement when I was passing the gas through the Spark gap ?????
I also observed a spectural change toward the UV... expected.
@vipond50 Good question, just regular atmosphere air. If I were to use your split gas cell and run the oxygen side into the pump through the ionizer and then the hydrogen site into the tip and meter mix the two together you think I'd see a different result? Makes sence that I would?
@ImJacksAmygdala Yes, this is somthing I have been thinking also. And really the change might be so small that I can't notice it just by looking or trying to feel the heat. I'd like to get a heat gun of some sort of like an IR camera. Not a laser pointer type but an actual infrared imager. ! ~Russ
@ImJacksAmygdala Thanks man, yes there needs to be a lot more testing done on this. They'll be more times for live. Hope you're doing well!!! Blessings Thanks!! ~Russ

@rwg42985 yeah now that you mention it i do recall seeing that-hmmm i wonder how stan measured burn rate-must be an easier way...

Say chill the gas after hho cell ionize, add compression atmosphere air and lite, :))

When you call out "Extra Oxygen" Is that pure oxygen or ambient atmosphere i.e. Nitrogen , Oxygen ?

Maybe the extraction grid will make a difference?
