Yes, it's worht your time and your money. Kilmer is incredible, as usual. I agree with mferg240 that Kilmer has never received his due. He stole Top Gun, should've won the Oscar for Tombstone, and so on, and so on. I'll take Kilmer, Depp, and Bale any day. Their characters are far richer, and their movies are far more interesting than Clooney's, Damon's, and Affleck's.

Not too sure. I review the agreements. Personal assistant work is usually done by assistants. But, most major execs/studio heads/agents do start off that way (Ovitz, Berg, Emmanuel et al.). But, if you're not part of the chosen the mailroom glass ceiling tends to end at mid-level agent.
