HELP! it 2:20 in the morning and im just sitting in my chair at the computer. my heartbeat is rather slow but it goes faster then back to slow in roughly 4 seconds. Is this an irregular heart beat. im male and 13
your hearts not skipping a beat, its having pvcs (premature ventricular contractions), which is actually kind of like an extra heartbeat where the chamber of your heart goes premature. so ur not making your heart do it, its just natural. i, myself, have it, and i have up to 30 of those at a time.
i can make my heart skip too is very dificult since i use the same method but sometimes hapeen sometimes not sometimes hapen los 2 in a row sometimes a lot is feels weird xD
heyy i can do that too... a few months ago, i fell in some depression shit, followed by a fear of dearth by a heartattack.. so i was concetrated so hardly on the way my heart beats, i actualy tried to calm it down whenever i got a panick-attack, and so as the monthes passed i actualy learned to like stop my heart for like half a second, and sometimes i freak myself out=) scary stuff, to be able to sontrol the ay your heart beatz. luckely my fobia is almost gone, so i'm geting my life back..yeey!
i dunno i just kinda concentrate on the way my heart beats, and i just freeze, i stop breathing for a second or two, and I can actually stop my heart for a moment.. and then it just starts again.. But i'm trying to stop doing that since i don't think i'm supose to do that :D what kinda problems do you have?
Its perfectly normal as about half of us have it, with about 40% not knowing they have it. Sounds like ventricular bigeminy, your having 2 PVC's then the sinus rythm takes over. If you have 3 in a row goto the doctors.

I have MVP, so my heart skips sometimes to 'get back on track,' so to speak.

having a panic atack although I'm not panicing,
my heart races and.. it hurts.
it makes it hard to breathe
and the thing is, it's random.
happens 20 - 30 seconds at a time
