Dieselnoi is a pleasure to watch, best competitive fighter I have ever seen.

It's sad they made him fight against punks like in this video, who don't even have the right to spar with him. A fighter like Dieselnoi, in my opinion, you have to deserve to fight him first. It is an honour to fight one of the greatest muay thai masters in the history of the sport. He was an artist in the ring.

Wow. Diesel looked like he was fighting his kid brother. Between the front kicks that made the Korean guy look like he just got hit by a cannonball, to ruthless body kicks and knees that guy didn't know what to do. That would've been a shitty time to go on over to Thailand. You got a dude who's like 6'2 125 and strong as hell running around destroying guys who can't be more than 5'6. No wonder the guy had to retire b/c he couldn't find anyone to fight, who's jumping on that grenade.

back then, muaythai was unkown to outsiders,a a lot of so-called masters from other disuplines came to Thailand, thought that they could win easily,but 9 out of 10 were nkocked out by muaythai fighters. After that they would not fight under full muay rules unless re-arranged or modified. still they lose most of the time, unless there are mismatches and so on.

You do realize that there are challenge matches every year between countries/different MA, right? Muay thai consistently loses to the kyokushinkai and sanda fighters...that is a fact. Muay thai is awesome, but you need to check your history and facts, first.

Kyokushinkai went to Thailand, so did Sanda under muay thai rules. Hell, the last challenge in China in 09' allowed elbows and knees...muay thai fighters still lost.

lost due to the stupid ass scoring that scores the throws more then anything else. If they just scored it on pure standup the Thais won sept for Lamsongkram. Kaew, Big Ben, Kaoklai, and Naruepol all out struck their opponents and even under the rules Kaoklai should have won. Still when a damn takedown score so much the Thais have to get the KO or atleast a few KD a round. Even with knockdowns they don't seem to count like when Lahkin fought in the 4th or 5th Thailand vs China event.
