You should look at the map you might learn something. Barrie is in Northern Ontario. Simcoe is in Southern Ontario, south of Hamilton where i live. I live in Collingwood (45min North of Barrie) for 12 years. I travel from Hamilton to Northern Ontario couple times a week, i know the map.

@mikeswan1970 best way is to clean them cut them up into chunks about 1 inch pieces then use lard mixed with vegtable oil deep fry with fish crisp and enjoy. or smoked is good

Lemme show ya how to do it. Your drag is too loose. Pull the tip up. Now your drag is too tight. Keep the pole down. Now loosen the drag a little and pull, then reel. Now tighten the drag. Wait i mean loosen it. Now reel.
