I don't understand how people could complain! I went there and it was great. A variety of the Polynesian cultures were displayed. The food was good. They taught different parts of the my culture and the culture of other Polynesian islands. If you didn't like it, you have a closed mind. I thoroughly enjoyed the lua.

Fuckin joke

After about 30 min of crappy food

we left.....some luau cast members were in the parking lot drinking 40 oz beers they were so offended we were leaving. save your money

Old Lahaina Luau focuses on the HISTORY and INFLUENCES of Hawaiian Dance . Its historical. Very interesting . the lady in green leaves has a really beautiful chant and dance. really cool.

ok folks...i went to this luau on Aug 2nd. It was GREAT!. one waiter was so good he was favored by about 1/2 the crowd. He had hawaiian tattoos all over. The waiters and all the ladies were super friendly! We had a beautiful sunset and a lot of fun. Dancers and chants were so beautiful...worth it!

I think the island, its people and culture are beautiful. I think your problems stem from comparing the manmade beauty of the industrial mainland and its conveniences with the relaxed beauty of the islands and their people. People that live with nature enjoy a different life style than over industrialized people. Just relax.

Overated. Very expensive show. Make sure you get seats in front or else you will be disappointed like we were. Food was ok.
