This is my favourite version of the Blue Peter theme for two reasons:

1 - I love Mike Oldfield as an artist anyway

2 - This is the version I remember most as it was shown all through the 80s when I was a child. I was actually born the year it was recorded/started being used.

I love those hovercrafts. especially the shot of the hovercraft blazing a trail across that field at 1:21. imagine; flying across the water spinning 360s while going in the same direction, that would be so kick rear. Mike Oldfield has got the stuff.
