It's an indie developer making the true successor to Dungeon Keeper, they're calling it War for the Overworld. Due to potential lawsuits, it changes things (The Dungeon Keeper is now called the Underlord, so it's not technically DK. But it was deeply inspired by Dungeon Keeper and it was originally meant to be a fan made DKIII.

THIS game however is called Dungeon Keeper Online, and was developed by NetDragonWebsoft. Inc, partnered with EA. It was set to be an MMO using the Dungeon Keeper license. It is so far only going to appear in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.
