Her daughter is a very good example of failure of her system.

A governor's popularity is measured by the approval rating in his/her state. It is not measured nationwide. And that's obvious...why would voters in California, for example, rate a governor in Maine?.

Since Palin has a roughly 90% approval rating in her state, she is by definition the most popular governor in the country.
