LaBrie... LaBrie... I don't understand why he is still in DT. I can understand that they desperately needed a singer back in 1991. I can understand he was the best they could find, but... now? The world it ts plenty of better singers, and now they can really choose, most prog. rock singer would be very happy to sing with DT. He is such a mediocre singer, way below the rest of the band. I just don't understand.
@kevintje82onboard yes good catch!! "I'm not freightened ANYMORE" last line raised another octive up from the "saxlesss" studio version. ,......... is like the strife of being helplessly in love.... but making the jump from deabilitation separation anxiety to manning up and just accepting what is to be. Amazing how deep music can move with one's heart. Meanwhile DT one of the most underrated band's of its culture and time.
That's the best version of this song by far! The saxophone fits pecfectly and James Labrie even whith toubles on his throat rulles like always!Dream Theater the best band of Th whole world!Unfortunately there's no vídeo of this song on youtube !8)

Petrucci should write a song about his inability to play without distortion and call it "Take Away My Gain."
