The scene where Dom died. I was in a room with my friends, we're all playing through the campaign on big screens drinking and eating and being loud and having a good fuggin time. But damn you shoulda heard how quiet it was as we watched Dom crash that truck to save his gear buds.

Sure it's a game, but good writing and playing with that character for 5 years can make you miss him a little.

ill be honest, when i played gears 3 and saw what dom was going to do... i just started to cry, i always played as him so i could kill as many grubs as possible, for maria, and over that time i could feel his anger and pain as i killed the grubs... this is the only time a game has touched me on a level like this,,, and to all those who say i should get a life... we let me tell you this, ive watched people die, ive been on a battlefield and ive killed people, so dont say i should grow balls
