Um.... how do you do it? I have a swf file of it, and I have DreamScene, but I don't know how to put the 2 together.

you don't need dreamscene for this to work.
just write a html file and embed the swf in to it.
use the html file as desktop bg

You can also get an animated picture that moves on its own and set it to desktop background. It wroks great on XP.
