Yes, it is. And the Israeli guest does not represent Israelis. In fact, if any Israeli politician advocated a one-state solution, he'd find himself on the receiving end of a bullet pretty quickly.
3)In the 1950s, they were over 1 million pali refugees in host arab nations. UNWR Reports in the 1950s, stated Arab nations made GENUINE attempts at accepting the Palis. But how much could they have done! Each nation was undergoing soci-political tormoil. Syria 17 coup d'etat, Egypt was busy with ousting the British. Oil didn't become a major product til 70s. Naturally, the Gulf states are going to focus on their own infrastructure first. Palis=REF that deserve to return, so can ur jews,
2)b consent. So the Arab revolt was completely justified, even historians say. The 48, the Jewish militias started the FIRST phase of the war. B4 the end of the mandate, they occupied ALL arab settlements, the Arabs none. The Jewish army was 90 000 euro trained, arabs 30 000. Israel receives the LARGEST Aid in the world, every year you get 3 billon$ in American Military Grants, that=FREE WEAPONS. Thats why your armies are strong. PLUS the $21 million/day you got to build your country
1)Even though, Jewish insecurity was real and justified in Arab countries it was far less significant than other factors contributing to the wave of Jewish immigrants. Scholarly Israeli sources stated, "no one can compare the Arab violence against the Jews in the Islamic world with the horrors of [even] the mildest Russian pogroms." THe migration was due to an intensified moral obligation. Arab revolt was the fight back aganist the british in 1938. B/c the british were selling land WITHOUT ara
Nice to hear ONE side of the story. The Arab-Israeli struggle has two sides...Palestinian and Israeli. Why is there noone giving the Israeli perspective? How can one get a real understanding with such bias?
go read history books, read international laws, read the UN resolutions. seriously thats what i did when i wanted to find out about this conflict. Even Israeli historians point the finger at their own nation for the treatment of the palis. If doesn't take much reading to get the info my friend, even that book, the beginners guide to israeli-palestinian conflict, which was hailed as a must read for everyone, criticized israel for its treatment of the palis
You know it's sad my Jewish boyfriend didn't know when Israel was created. I asked him and he said the 1970's, he can go there for free while a Palestinian can't go 5 miles.
In all the talk about the Israeli Lobby, virtually no one mentions the analogous histories of Israel and America. What Israel is doing now is very similar to what America was doing a few hundred years ago. They are both colonialist entities who came into being by transplanting themselves from Europe into others' land, and ethnically cleansing it through forced displacement and murder, and creating a "new" country in its ashes.

The US was not the 1st nation to recognize Israel, it was Russia.
brick4sale 3 years ago
Russia was not the first and it was the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union was the second (2nd) nation to recognize Israel after the Americans.
