i think there were so many dislikes because to be honest. he was bitchifying some of the easiest obstacles. he can do better and i expect better. on a scale from 1-10 i give him a 6. not to be mean but he needs to trust in himself knowing he can conquer all of them with out a doubt in his mind. but i will like his video just for putting it on youtube.

Loved this! Great to finally see something that isn't just flips and gymnastics. This really inspired me and my friends to continue with parkour because all of us have never trained in a gym or anything and we live in a rural area with absolutely nothing. but the thing is that in free-running you don't usually do flips and stuff like that but in parkour you do. Parkour is from A to B in the nicest and fastest way but in free-running you don't have time to do flips because free-running is about the freedom of running without a goal. If you see a obstacle like a ledge or something that is in your way, you jump over it in a good and fast way but if it was parkour you could have the opportunity to jump onto it and then make a flip down from it?

I think people have finally realised that everyone can move like l1constable it doesnt require too much skill (no real huge jumps/content etc) instead the most props goes to the cameraman/editor as he makes even running look sick. However, l1constable probably believes in speed and efficiency - and who trains A-B Parkour anymore? nobody. Even if you refuse to do flips most people drill precisions train at one spot etc. props to L1constable for influencing us to train A-B x
