He should have been more formidible and the main villain. Parallax was too much and unnecessary for the first film. Both villains were botched. In an earlier script Hector was in it and Parallax wasn't. In fact Latino Review LIKED that script. Then Geoff comes aboard and throws it all out the window. Hector doesn't DO enough, and although creepy, was cartoonish. Potential wasted. So much potential. It's not that the big-headed guy sucks, it was mostly everything else.
