This video was good to watch. It gave me a new perspective about the kind of questions I might be asked in an interview and it gave me more information about how to answer those type of questions.

Hello Chief Russ, I'd like to start by saying that your videos are very well done and informative. I've seen a few and have picked up some tips as to how to correct or better yet, explain my answers in an oral board. I've found your videos easy to understand.

I do have one question regarding a senario challenge though. I may be going up for a second interview on my second re-application for law enforcement. What should I do if the second interview has the same senario question?

@ricgarcia67 I'd be very surprised if they offered you the same questions. I trust they will be different. If they are the same, you'll be able to expound where you felt you were weak the first time around. Keep me posted.
