@W33Dblazer For someone of my size and training protocols/lifestyle I don't believe it's too high. If I were 100lbs and lived a sedentary lifestyle then this would be overkill! Bottom line is if your body needs it, it'll use it. I think this could be a good topic for a future video.

@ericja909 I wouldn't go crazy with switching up exercises, but some variety never hurt. I usually suggest hitting everything twice a week, so that's fine!

Which foods do you recommend for fiber? Black beans? I need A LOT of fiber more than most people for my health. So I am looking to add at least a cup of black beans or two to my daily meals spread out through the day.
@CampbellFitness I need to add in at least 40g more fiber into my diet. So i need really high sources of fiber. Its going to be hard to add that much with the foods you listed unless I want to add tons of calories and carbs into my diet. Thats why I was thinking black beans since its really high in fibre.
@lansky52 I guess it just depends on how you look at it. Anything you add into your diet is going to up your calories. But for instance a cup of bran cereal would give you roughly 20 grams of fiber.

I've been told has to many preservatives and whatnot so i try to get my stuff fresh but making raw beans is a pain in the ass.....Stay big. (btw back from vacations followed your advice of not letting my diet go to shit but those turkey legs at the disney parks...damn tasty)
@fagaaaa I don't have a huge issue with them, although you will notice I use the no salt added versions of the corn and tomatoes and on the beans I noted I washed them (which helps). Hope you had a good vacation!

@Sillonbol Thanks for the suggestion! The only issue that might come up is a lot of mainstream artists don't allow you to use their songs on YouTube and the video will get removed.

Good video but I prefer your normal format when cooking. You're one of the better spoken you tube personalities so I'd rather hear you tell us about it than just have captions over dub step music. Just sharing my constructive criticism.
@southtowne17 Appreciate the feedback! The reason I did this one this way was just b/c I wasn't planning on filming. So I just took a couple quick clips without any intention of throwing them together. However after putting them in place it was just easier to do the music then narrate. It cut down on the time it took to edit immensely. I'll def do the old style too. Thanks for the feedback!

Great video i'll have to try that it looked good. My main problem when it comes to food is i have no diversity. I definitely like how you show the servings. Your doing a great job keep it up!
@VitaminDane I hear you on that one, it's all about using different "accessories" for flavoring and texture. I use a lot of chicken and turkey but there are ways to mix it up.
Dude no lie i eat this about 4 times a week. I toss in green bell pepper and skip the corn and beans and go with a wheat tortilla instead. Quick easy and never gets boring. For seasoning I use Grizzly Joe's Chipotle rub.
This sounds excellent! Tomorrow I'm having myself some of this. ;)

Great video i'll have to try that it looked good. My main problem when it comes to food is i have no diversity. I definitely like how you show the servings. Your doing a great job keep it up!

@VitaminDane I hear you on that one, it's all about using different "accessories" for flavoring and texture. I use a lot of chicken and turkey but there are ways to mix it up.

Dude no lie i eat this about 4 times a week. I toss in green bell pepper and skip the corn and beans and go with a wheat tortilla instead. Quick easy and never gets boring. For seasoning I use Grizzly Joe's Chipotle rub.
