  • I made this. Only changes made were adding little bit of fresh lime juice, hot sauce and asparagus(from can). It was very good. I had brown rice with it. Ty for this great recipe..Will use it from now on. Very easy to make.

  • Ok im making this right now. I got all the stuff needed expect for that mexican mernade not available in my country so im using Mexican chicken fajita powerder mix by old e paso. Also i just wanted to add a small amount of asparagus to it. Ill let you know in a bit.

  • @W33Dblazer For someone of my size and training protocols/lifestyle I don't believe it's too high. If I were 100lbs and lived a sedentary lifestyle then this would be overkill! Bottom line is if your body needs it, it'll use it. I think this could be a good topic for a future video.

  • @ericja909 I wouldn't go crazy with switching up exercises, but some variety never hurt. I usually suggest hitting everything twice a week, so that's fine!

  • I made this the other night, it was really good. When I re-heated some tonight, I added some shredded pepperjack cheese on top, and it was even better.

  • @MoreViralVideos As much as you want. You can either add it in as you cook, or add it in after.

  • Which foods do you recommend for fiber? Black beans? I need A LOT of fiber more than most people for my health. So I am looking to add at least a cup of black beans or two to my daily meals spread out through the day.

  • @lansky52 I like broccoli myself. But you can go with bran, oats, avocado, flax, rice, etc...

  • @CampbellFitness I need to add in at least 40g more fiber into my diet. So i need really high sources of fiber. Its going to be hard to add that much with the foods you listed unless I want to add tons of calories and carbs into my diet. Thats why I was thinking black beans since its really high in fibre.

  • @lansky52 I guess it just depends on how you look at it. Anything you add into your diet is going to up your calories. But for instance a cup of bran cereal would give you roughly 20 grams of fiber.

  • @fagaaaa I don't have a huge issue with them, although you will notice I use the no salt added versions of the corn and tomatoes and on the beans I noted I washed them (which helps). Hope you had a good vacation!

  • @southtowne17 Appreciate the feedback! The reason I did this one this way was just b/c I wasn't planning on filming. So I just took a couple quick clips without any intention of throwing them together. However after putting them in place it was just easier to do the music then narrate. It cut down on the time it took to edit immensely. I'll def do the old style too. Thanks for the feedback!

  • @CampbellFitness Im from Bulgaria, a small country on the Balkan peninsula, we have all sorts of white beans, pinto, kidney beans, but ive never come across black beans

  • Thanks for this .. so much better seeing it done than just reading a recipe ... Im a fan of using minced turkey or lean beef mincemeat .. Its so much cheaper and you can make a big batch of it with other stuff thrown in and it makes a couple of days dinner

  • Dude no lie i eat this about 4 times a week. I toss in green bell pepper and skip the corn and beans and go with a wheat tortilla instead. Quick easy and never gets boring. For seasoning I use Grizzly Joe's Chipotle rub.
