I've read those High School official website. With the Google Translate, of cause, my japaneese skill is not high enough (maybe english too, lol). There is special "note" on the main page of the website. Meaning isn't clear for me, but it looks like many men invading school without resolution, with the сameras etc. It is illegal, there was even something about the police call.
