Great song, great musician. I was lucky to have the opportunity to see At the drive in back in '99 and Sleepercar earlier this year. And you guys really shouldn't use the comment space to do your shit talking. It's about the music.
@ScrotsMcBoogerballs This has to do with humility by the fact that you can't take anyone else's opinion other than your own. Just like the way you're acting now, proves a lack of humility. Calling me an asshole for defending people who don't like this song, shows lack of humility. Maybe you should wiki it. Also, humor "AT THAT" , that is what I said. I said that just in case you are just trying to be an asshole. But looks like it just comes natural from you, no?
shameful... sparta i think was actually going somewhere.... and atdi was actually goin somewhere... this is goin nowhere. maybe its cause i dont like this type of music?
@dodod8 the only place At the Drive-In was going to was MTV. That's basically why they broke up, funny enough the assclowns in the Mars Volta are about as mainstream as it gets. Sparta, as confirmed by Jim Ward is on an indefinite hiatus. And as for Sleepercar? This is awesome. Jim Ward is pure talent. This whole album is amazing. It actually feels like West Texas. Not to mention Cedric is a goddamn baby, won't talk to fans, whereas Jim will actually sit and talk about music. ATDI is still #1.
@ScrotsMcBoogerballs the only reason you say the mars volta is mainstream is because there are many ppl who like the music and thats most likly because of ADTI's popularity. and theyre music is far from what most ppl label "mainstream" music as. and i doubt thats the reason they broke up, they clearly had different aspirations for theyre music.
"Alternative Country" Its getting ridiculous with all the different genres and sub genres. I can probably find 5-10 different songs that all sound almost the same style and they would all be a different "genre".
On a side not though I love this band even though its so much different than Sparta and ATDI which I also love. Awesome song.
Jim Ward is really holding himself back Vocally in this....

Alright everybody.
If you guys can't take someone else's comment that you don't particularly like, maybe you should consider showing some tolerance/humility.
If "ScrotsMcBoogerballs" can't do that, looks like no one can, right?
BTW, how bout you take this to the public before sending me a death threat over youtube.
what a slanderous ignorant douche. (:
love you guys! and love you too 24 creepy dude!

@ScrotsMcBoogerballs People have different opinions. How about you grow some humility or a better sense of humor if that.

@MusicDefinesAll What does this have to do with humility? Or humor? You're probably better off not dignifying this with a response, asshole.
