No we are proud as a nation to show our loyalty to our monarch who has reigned with us and for us for 60 years! The royal family bring together all that is great about this nation, and long may it continue. I do not say that the americans are wrong, they are pround and love their country. We all love our countries for what they are and for what they stand for. God save both our countries in these trying times.
We don't have to save a queen we are free :) And there are some amazing videos find the one of the autistic kid singing "The Star-Spangled Banner" That will put tears in your eyes :) Also we do not have to offer our head to the queen either - we do not bow to anyone - that is what it means.
Thanks for sharing. I love how the horsemen stopped and saluted when the anthem started. I doubt you'd find a time when Americans would stop, all at once, and sing "The Star-Spangled Banner" like the British did "God Save the Queen" that day.
