Oh, I dunno... Chuck Berry celebrated 16 in one of the best and most danceable rock and roll songs, ever. It didn't get him into trouble. Of course, it sort of paved the way to massive hate thrown his way by angry middle aged white guys in positions of petty but very real political power down South, who threw his ass in jail the instant he crossed the line.
