it annoys me when people say that vc is better because he does it in the nba against good d, and by that logic they say vc is the better dunker. that doesn't make sense i mean like if kobe and josh childress would change leagues you could say that chiuldress is better than kobe because he plays in the nba against the best d and you know that is true that kobe is better than josh. so aut is the better dunker vc is a better player and vc probably likes playing ball more than dunking aut dunking.

AUT does it against BUMS who play NO D.

aut does things that carter has never done and will never do, cause he's too old right now. but when he was at his best days (i mean vc) he was able to dunk all this stuff aut does, includin the 720 (in my opinion). but we will never now that, and comparin them is senseless, different leagues, different types of training and so on ;)

VC has the nicest in game windmills ever and is an allround better player but overall AUT got more dunks and a nasty style.

VC had a 720 ready for the SDC back in 2000. Or so said Shaq when he was interviewed. He said "Know what he told me? He told me he's gonna do a 720" (with shocked face)
So I guess, yea, he can do a 720. And 360 reverse? He does 360s turning clockwise, which are WAY more difficult. 360 reverse (what ever you mean by that) is not a problem to him.
Not sure about the 360 between the legs, but who knows.

A 360 reverse is doing a 360 and dunking it on the opposite side of basket from were you jumped
and as for the way VC does his 360 yeah they look real nice but thats the way he naturally does it so its not gona be alot harder for him (aut can 360 which ever way aswell and also do 360 off one foot) but anyway my point was AUT is better freestyle dunker, But your right theres no point really trying to compare cos VC is in NBA all the dunks AUT has done he prob' wouldnt get chance to do in nba

Air Up There gets my vote. dont get me wrong.. i love vince carter. i think he's great. but Air Up There's not even human. he's an alien. He has the sickest dunks ive ever seen. and what makes it great is... every dunk is spectacular. even his misses.
Vince isnt as consistant as he is. PERIOD!

Vince is actually 6'6'' and you can't compare the two at dunking because Vince has to dunk against the best defenders in the world, while AND1 is made for showboating. But if you're talking about the most spectacular dunks then eys, AUT has performed better dunks than VC has, but when speaking about in-game dunks, you cannot compare the two because o the difference inf the level of players they play against.

Big ups to AUT, but for real thats what hes supposed to do. That's the point of And1 Streetball is to crossover and throwdown. And1 players no that, so they tend to let it happen more easily.
Vince had some of the best dunks of all time in NBA games. Games where guys are trying to play defense. The Alonzo Mourning dunk for example. On of the game's Top 5 shot blockers ever, and Vince threw it down on him. I just think this is a bad comparison.

Air Up There only may have an advantage in freestyle dunking. That's it.
VC > AUT in Slam Dunk COntests and in-game dunking and basicely everything else.

The air up there has more hops than vince carter, but when it comes to style, they are a tie, because they throw it dwn wit soo much style, finess and power! The air up there is ONLY 6'2, and vince is 6'8 and a half. Last thing, vince dunks turning to the right, while the air up there jumps turning to the left. Thats why A.U.T can do a 720 cuz he turns to where he can dunk with his right hand. But vince if he has enough body control can 720 with his left hand.

vc likes jumping right because it looks better n not er one can get full rotation n dunk wit right hand. he jumps against da woodgrain instead of wit it. right handed players jump left because their hand gets to da rim faster n their able to see the rim in a shorter amount of time. shorter people dat have good hops like Air or Nate Robinson have an advantage because theyre more aerodynamic than tall ppl like vc=6.6 n LB=6.8

I can windmill(regular or alley oop off ground or glass), do a reverse down to my feet then dunk it with 2 hands, 360 goin left or right, and sometimes can dunk off my left/right foot! all this with hard work and exercise. EVERYDAY dont make excuses about the 2. A.U.T is shorter but jumps da same as vince.

Vince Carter! The "Air up there" is always dunking on fastbreaks and vince is doing it on people most of the time. Vince is going up against players that are 6'8 all the way up to 7'6 you know. Air up there dosen't go up against players that tall all the time. VINCE ALL THE WAY!

that doesn't matter, haven't you heard of dunk contests, no ones guarding anyone, its just freestyle dunks, AIR UP THERE can do 720'z 360 between the legs, 360 windmills, check out the video where he tried to put the ball between his legs twice, he nearly made it, vince carter isn;t bad, but hes not as good as air up there
