I love your video, but you should not pump the mascara. That causes your mascara to dry out faster. Since when you pump you are forcing air into the tube.

yaa when you first buy it set in a position where the tip is pointed down. when its packaged the tip is up so all the liner runs to the bottom. but H.I.P is very good too.

its because the way they are packaged the
