It's pretty pathetic that there are drivers that don't know that you are supposed to approach a pedestrian lane slowly. And pedestrian lane or not, why would you drive that fast through such a narrow road like that?

And good thing the car driver rotated while hitting the scooter. On the fly deviation of distribution of energy upon impact lessens inertia and rapidly decreases force. If the driver didn't rotate, I bet the scooter guys would get thrown off far away.
