Happened the same thing with me one time... But it was with the default 737 from FSX. I got to the floor and the plane keeps bouncing and making a metal scratching sound. I got my view outside and the I saw it: no landing gear down xD But FSX didn't detected crash so it's a "YAY" to me xD

If I usually fly and approach an airport.. I usually check if landing gear and Flaps are fully down and functioning because for some reason I dont trust planes VC until I see that gear and Flaps are down :D:D

Once I changed aircraft in mid-air from one the didn't have retractable gear to one that did, and when I went to land I retracted the gear rather than extended it, little to my knowledge...

He crashed landed not actually "crashed" in FSX when you actually hit something hard it will always say Crash! But if you skid lightly to ditch your plane or crash land it wont do that.

you didnt forget the gear it was the planes fault for not yelling at you enough to put the gear down. i swear planes should come with a feature that has a human voice that comes on telling you to lower the gear after a caetain flaps setting. it would be alot better than that damn beeping horn soud.
