Just an observation, but I've cooked many Ramsey recipes and they are all good. However, he tends to rely on adding both butter and good olive oil for flavor, which works but is lazy and adds calories to a dish. Cooking with fat is easy. Cooking with fresh ingredients is also easy.

For more complexity, I like Chef Ludo.
