im on episode 18 now. my favorite character is roy mustang. when it comes to anime i like the guy who is serious, wise, and doesnt have very many comedy scenes, because, in my opinion, whats so funny about water bubbles on the back of peoples heads? i have to ignore those scenes and pretend their not part of the story. the only time i ALMOST laughed was the episode with the pregnant lady and ed was going the bay-bay-bay, and then when he yelled THE BABYS COMING i smirked...thats it.

@MrTheguywithalife the epicness in fma:brotherhood starts after ep 19... it is BRILLIANT! there are quite a lot of chibi moments in brotherhood but the rest of the anime, especialy the fights are amazing. one tip : never quit on this anime. watch it till the end. i think u'll like it

I'm very sorry to say I don't think the vid got REALLY good until 1:31, but I shouldn't really be saying that since it's still better than anything I'VE edited. And MAN, after that 1:31 it was something else. My absolute favorite part has to be the way you did 3:30, with Riza. Brilliant. Whole video is brilliant really, even the first minute and a half. Amazing, thrilling, stunning editing all throughout.

oh my goodness! i dont think i blinked once watching this. I am in awe at your editing skills. I have yet to watch Brotherhood because FMA is my all time favorite anime and i have a fear that Brotherhood wont live up to my expectations. Gosh, I wish i could edit like you can.

@thesleepingsaint I suggest that instead of watching brotherhood, you should read the manga. it's the same plot as brotherhood, but I don'tthink brohood petrays it right. it seems kinda cheesy. and if you start liking the brohood better, you should rewatch the first, cuz alot of people forget about the first one's amazingness xD

Don't misunderstand me though...

It's been a long time sense i felt the need to critic something..

I was far from disappointed and i was taken for a ride with your editing.

There were many parts that i would rather keep then change but while listening to the lyrics and knowing the world of fma many ideas also popped up in my head while watching this and i also noticed some of the scene changes didn't transition well.

But! also note those problems are minor and your video is near perfect.

I agree that the transitions in some places were kind of off (I had to make this video in multiple parts so that my computer could render it...so I cut the song up and edited sections separately) I didn't think it would be that noticable lol :P

The art of amv's is a difficult and stressfull one.

Over all i loved your intro most of all all the way upto :36

After that there were things i would change such as "scene selection & scene change" but.. I freaking loved this anyways... i still wonder why the hell didn't i think of this when i heard this song usually it always just "clicks" but you did something i have yet to see with fma you took the metal out and cranked it up a notch.

Over all.. i felt this was a classic so 4/5. =)

Scene selection is always kind of random for me. I don't really plan it out ahead of time lol, i guess sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

When you critic something you really gotta make yourself clear and i just felt the need to show my appreciation for your editing.

I do wonder though what your editing would be like if it was planned though and you really thought out your scenes.

Variety and scene choice really is two of the most important elements that helps you succeed in a good amv.

And actually it wasn't "that" noticeable it was just more like "godly flow" where you have someone entranced in your editing to... "normal flow" i guess i just notice these things because i have been watching and talking to editors for years lol.
