You forgot to put meet/fish and whey protein isolate on your list !!! Proteins are VERY important. You need a couple hundred grams !! So you can successfully add/preserve muscles AND lose fat.
what a great goal, your going to make it sounds like you have everything layed out.! I hope things are going well, Ive got 50 to loose,!

I will look into the protein thing. Fish, however, will not be part of my diet.
