I saw in the local news last night that there is a new captured crocs also in Palawan, this time its two of them about 1 feet shorter than lolong. authorities confirmed that the destruction of their habitat causes the attacks on humans.

Dude thats exactly what i said lol. Cassius is the biggest, he is the only croc in the GUINNESS BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS. Until this croc Lolong is fully measured by the officals and gets the nod replacing Cassius. I repeat he is not the biggest. Their are strict rules and guidelines and they are enforced.

As sad as it is, he really needs to be there. As the human population has increased they have increasingly encroached on croc territory. I believe lolong was suspected in the death of two people at least. If he is locked up he is safe, while if he is free he may kill more people prompting locals to hunt him down and kill him.

There are only two reasons why animals kill people: They (people) go into their (animals') territory or the people destroy their (animals') habitat so the animals have no choice but explore the community in search of food.
