  • Eric took public speaking classes and has a coach, he's excellent at public speaking because he's practiced like crazy, not to mention the intelligence just pours out of him.

  • stupid voice

  • 17:34 lol what is my Larry doing with that microphone?

  • ...This luscious view emanates teasing thrill with exuberant outflow of Google's sexy originator, unveiling Mr. Page's intoxicating charm, amazingly weaved into charismatic sonority and reflecting agile thrust of passionate convincing, so profusely uttering erotic eruption of Mr. Page's mesmerizing personality...

  • terrible-don t they have anybody - who can speak clearly

  • Everytime Larry answers a question abt company, Eric looks at him and says :"Oh my God, this kid does nt know how to give answers"!

  • Eric is still the man, Larry is just a technology guy, i like him though

  • @ADTuploader LOL @ " Steve Jobs owns the word "Magical" One of the most stupid things I ever read in a comment.

  • @klominator That's one of the most stupid thing you ever read in a comment ? You don't read too much, do you ?

The comment was more of a joke than you probably realize.

  • People from the biggest company in the world (almost) can't really present a proper speak!! what a shame!

  • 35:00 we as a whole, addressing the issues that are important ,we as a 'whole' perhaps are inundated by marketing strategies. Be it -Biased media sources to difficulty to access a full spectrum of information;on any given subject.Wikepedia is about as effective as Youtube regarding researching topics.Relevant reliable facts, are seemingly getting lost with technological media change ,-just like all those LP's, Novels, and pictures that never got digitized.Or media, history or content prior2google?

  • cant believe the question at 40:26, "did you consider that Motorola is the worlds biggest manufacturer of set-top boxes....?".... NO! We just threw 12 billion dollars at them without thinking!!

  • They sound like preachers. lol

  • Smart guy, but he sucks at public speaking.

  • Why does that guy sound so much like Ray Romano?

  • [24:35] Larry Page: ... -- I would say we did have patents and so on. We have never sued anyone over those things, although we have been sued many, many times ourselves; and, yet, somehow we have been successful. So I do think that there is an element in technology and software moving really quickly and innovating and actually doing new stuff rather than just trying to use the legal system to prevent other people from doing things.

  • Notice Larry did not have to use his "cheat sheet" when talking of Nikola Tesla. ;)

  • “When wireless is perfectly applied the whole earth will be converted into a huge brain, which in fact it is, all things being particles of a real and rhythmic whole. We shall be able to communicate with one another instantly, irrespective of distance." - Nikola Tesla

  • "Not only this, but through television and telephony we shall see and hear one another as perfectly as though we were face to face, despite intervening distances of thousands of miles; and the instruments through which we shall be able to do his will be amazingly simple compared with our present telephone. A man will be able to carry one in his vest pocket.”- Nikola Tesla

  • "Perhaps I failed, but I did my best, These masters of mine may do the rest." - Nikola Tesla.

Tesla only failed with global wireless power, he gave us countless other inventions we use almost every second of our lives. He made the first working logic gate, AND.

  • It is so much more fun to see Larry talk vs other ceos, young and old, in the industry

  • @dobba92 I'll tell you one thing. The Android team must've known about them way before the deal closed. The close collaboration with partnering OEMs will have lead to interesting news about prototypes and advanced-stage whiteboard stuff for devices (not necessarily tablets or smartphones or even smart tv's; new form factors altogether) that reached the Google triumvirate preeeeetty quickly.

  • IMHO, Youtube was one of the Google's best acquisitions!

  • @AbsintheSyringe how about Motorola?

  • @TheZiondesign twitter.com/#!/AbsintheSyringe/status/103093277254881280

  • 科技真是驱动美国的原动力

  • with google acquisition, is google not going into competition with its android partners?

  • @tesliana no eternal partner, only interest. All Google acquisitions are to protect or expand Google's core business: search and advertising. YouTube for video search, android for mobile search, Chrome for cloud search someday and map for local business advertising. G+M, is to protect Android from Apple or MS patents sue, then protect mobile search and advertising on phone.

  • what will happen when google become general electric, where piece are worth more than the whole?

  • "That's an important thing"

  • Very informative 45 min. I bet Mark Zukenberg disliked this video.

  • Without a doubt one of the best presentations I have ever seen from Google. Larry is so candid, it's a joy listening to him.

  • He was speaking from the heart. The "cheat sheet" was probably just a list of topics he wanted to be sure to remember to talk about... off the top of his head... and from the heart.

  • @dobba92 nexus phones

  • he got a warm smile

  • The awkward pauses make me feel so bad for him.

  • @MrAnimated your life makes fell so bad for you

  • @thebat100 Your terrible grammar and unwarranted insults make me feel so bad for you.

  • @MrAnimated what insults?? you´re a sad man I know that, you´re an underachiever or maybe you´re gay or something. You will never have what Larry Page has, and that makes you angry, and I can´t avoid to feel sorry about you and you pathetic little life. The worst part? you know it´s true, just take a look at your life loser.

  • @thebat100 Are you insinuating I'm jealous of Larry Page? Of course the dude is a billionaire and runs one of the most amazing company in the world. My original comment was that I felt bad for him because he is new to public speaking. I think the guy is awesome. You in some way or another misinterpreted my comment and made some frivolous claim that I am an underachiever or gay. Only a bigot would correlate being gay as demeaning.

  • @MrAnimated save it man, I don´t care what you say, you´re a loser, don´t write anymore, I have to work....you should try it

  • @thebat100 ....Are you retarded?

  • Inspirational stuff, keep up the good work Google.

I liked the part where Larry mentioned that Google has never sued anyone else over patents, despite themselves getting sued by all kinds of people over very frivolous patents.

  • Happy B'day Google! I brush my teeth twice a day, and use at least 8 Google products every day =)

  • Mr. Page, you are a smart man. Lose the cheat sheet and just speak from the heart.

  • @abdullahthebutcher He just needs some experience in public speaking. Can be hard to start, but when speaking bug bites you, you become like Schmidt - able to talk for hours on the spot :) Anyway Page gives impression of a really nicest humble guy.

  • @angrybubblz yeah same with brin. it's amazing how both of the founders of such a powerful company are so incredibly down to earth and cool... other CEO's and execs are just... unsettling.

  • @abdullahthebutcher A smart man, with a fucked up voice...
