1. Of course DQ didn't create this commercial to offend Mr. Neuts personally. They probably weren't even aware of what happened to the Neuts boy, but that doesn't change the irresponsibility of airing it. Because, someone, somewhere, is going to watch it...and think that it's ok to hang some kid from a hook - and they won't have the benefit of props and special effects.

I agree completely. This is horrible, having been bullied myself and slammed against a tree and having my spine dragged down it.
