All the creative talent at paramount was concentrated on DS9 , Voyager was written by folks better suited for doing Baywatch then Star-trek, the B5 writers were genre legends and greatly respected authors.

@GusF I have no idea. I found out recently that the guy who played Zathras died, but that can't possibly be who they're talking about, could it?

@beckybush Tim Choate, who played Zathras, passed away back in 2004 in a motorcycle accident. I was really saddened when I heard about it.
