Hi. I am in the process of launching Mauritian Sega distribution worldwide through Amazon, iTunes etc. These songs will me sold for the same amount you would purchase any other single (something like £.50 to £.80 per song). I am thus running a survey to see if there are peoples out there who are willing to buy them and promote Mauritian Artists? Please respond to arvind0007 @googlemail. com as your support and comments to this project. Cheers
there was an old bhojpuri song that went something like "left right quick march company ke kam aja aja meri jan" and there was another bit that went "natak ba cinema ba kikar sang jaye bo" - anyone know it?
Zindix, fiancaille, marriaz, program en famille....enfin partou li rentrer sa santer la... franc franc tou bel nissa pou danser sa... mo ena biku souvenir ar sa song la!!!!!!!!!!!
reminds me of my mum, she had a cd with this song, and every morning , we were dancing like hell, just to start the day while the household was done :)
1 - I didn't understand a single word xD & 2 - I'm not of bhojpuri or indian origin or whatever but .. omg I'm loving this :'D Makes me feel like dancing XD =''D
Oui moi ossi la famille et la maison maque moi tellement... sa santer la fer moi envie ale danser ... mone bien danser dans geet gaway mo bhai...ek mo ban chachi, poupou belle-soeur tousa... nu moricien nu herite xtra bocu zafer... nu bizin fier non pa gne honter pu santer ou koz bhojpuri.. sa mem nu culture et ces samem ki nu bizin montre nu ban zanfen ...nu bizin marse ek lavie moderne mais continue ga.rde nu culture... franchment a dire mo fier mo moricien.... :)
@azhar1973 Actually our natives are from Bihat, so we do have the culture but the bhojpuri here is not reraaly the same as in BIhar, its just a mix of hindi and creole, we can say so.
@basant27 but do you have any relative living in bihar or is there any connection?or may be old people visit their land to meet their relatives or its just that you are totally disconnected?
@azhar1973 Actually our fore fore grand fathers came to Muritius in nearly 1850's, so these people came to work in Mauritius as Indentured labourers and they themselves did not had any contact to their repaltives, so I'm sure that there are still my origins in Bihar, perhaps one day i go in quest of them!!
Iam a great fan of this singer.
