Other people are entitled to what they think, but remember, don't judge an airline just based on one flight or a couple of flights, they may just so happened to have been bad ones, but that doesn't mean that they are a bad airline, or that all of your flights on a particular airline are going to be bad.

Déprime pas voyons ! c'est de l'humour. Bon si tu veux vraiment perdre du poids, sans déconner, ya une solution. Okoui. C'est le régime protéiné. Tu manges des omelettes blanches (sans le jaune because cholestérol), des blancs de poulet et de dinde grillés, des batons de surimi, du roti (pas de graisses) pendant une semaine. Puis la semaine suivante tu inclus des légumes avec des sauces maigres (vinaigres, moutardes, condiments) mais pas de féculent (frites).
