want to speed up a new or old computer for FREE

I have a snail pase comupter, probably because its 12 years old, and its an old fursion type, not a flat screen. I'm trying to fix it back up.

mna the CCLeaner cleaned out 1450.5 MB which is like 1.2gig from temporary files.. Lol, hopefully the defrag will help me too.. but thankfully my laptop doesnt suck balls.. Lol, ill prob do this on my moms computer since its really really bad... Lol thnx for this jack! :D
