  • OMG! I feel like crying. Thank You so so so very much Dr Najeep for making it easy to understand with this simple baby and apple stories. I really admire you. My lecturer should watch you to improve her teaching skills. You r the BEST!! Thank you.

    SIMPLY AMAZING.

  • how can someone can have deficiency of C5b or C6 or C7 etc.?

Is it genetical, or by not eating the right food (junk food etc) or by liver disorder??

Its not in my subject, but your lecture is so great that makes me want to know everything :)

  • @metal4livin

Defficiency in those proteins would be a result of genetic defects or impaired liver function. Unhealty diet wont have a direct effect on the production of complement proteins unless it leads to liver damage (eg by alcohol abuse etc)

I love people who are willing to know "everything" and support you in this endeavour :) *proud*

  • This has been fantastic!!! My teacher couldn't even explain it this well!! Thank you!!

  • Thank you Dr Najeeb, you have been very helpful to me!

  • Neisseria

  • A little confusion C4bC2a = C3 convertase & C4bC2aC3b = C5 convertase

C2b is anaphylatoxin . C2 breakdown is opposite to other C members.
