@samimadivids The truth hurts, just look at the Phantom 25th anniversary concert where she came back to sing at the end with the 4 phantoms. She's breathy, warbley, has a really wavy vibrato, and she lip synced the cadenza (but everyone does that, at least they pre-record it though).

In terms of vocal ability Mag takes the cake by a long shot, but in terms of my favorite character that has to go to The Gravedigger and the three songs he gets that are so much fun to sing along with and get way too serious with because of their nature. I'm overly obsessed with this film and have shown it to all of my friends who loved it even if they hated musicals. I wish they'd do the prequel and sequel they talked about in the special features, I'd pay any amount to have even more REPO!

Love the song. I think this is the only REAL opera song in the movie. just hate how the part of the movie ends. HEr ripping her eyes out. I look away. My friend watched it for the first time and she literally ran out of the room when she saw that. lool

Even knowing those inconsistencies, it's wonderful. It's the emotion, not hitting the notes perfectly that makes people love her singing. No one is really perfect without harmonizing in a studio.

I love this movie and this Song Sara Brightman's voice is so amazing!!! Wish I could sing this well...lol

BTW I looked up the translation and it's about a bird. It's much more beautiful in Italian than English, but that's the way it usually goes.
