I´m working as barista in CoffeeHEAVEN in Czech Republic, but unfortunately I cant create something georgeous like this. I now how to prepare tornado and things like that, but it´s not created by POURING itself :( are there any tips? like capacity of coffee, way how to steam the milk...????
It's not that easy to write how to do this. Someone has to show this to you and explain in person. But: amount of coffee is always the same - espresso, steam the milk to create small amount of foam and try to prepare the silkiest foam as possible. Before you pour mix foam with milk, it can not be separated. While pouring keep the pitcher as low as possible and shake pitcher gently to create leaves of rosetta. And you have to pour boldly. If milk stream is to narrow, it won't work. Good luck.
